Hillside of Yellow Daffodils
Hundreds of bright yellow daffodils grew on this slope in the Valley Garden Park in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Some crocuses added a splash of purple to the scene, and the blue sky with white clouds really finished it off.
I would have prefered to compose the shot slightly differently, with the closest flowers to the left of the frame rather than in the centre. However, this was very low to the ground and it was tricky enough getting the right angle!
