Aconite and Snowdrops
This bright yellow aconite, peeping up through the undergrowth at Wandlebury, near Cambridge, makes a great companion to the little clump of snowdrops behind it. In the distance you can see yet more aconites, the little yellow flowers on a background of ivy and old brown leaves.
The sea of flowers was quite a sight as they made there way up towards the sun at the arrival of Spring.
